The title says the game/topic. Try to stay on topic please and not grab from sites that already have tons of these types of stories, would like to experience some new funnies. I was browsing the interwebs today and saw this:

Hi, I spoke with Dell and they informed me that the Windows/System32 folder is owned by Microsoft and can not be modified or changed in any way..

I've had the same problems and I'm not happy with this information either..
