Yes I had one at work all fucking day.

And with the shit you had to put up with today, no wonder why you have a headache.

Unless I'm nauseous or hungover, temple rubbing (while applying strong pressure) alleviates the pain. That is, if you put the time to it.

I once walked into a 1.5 hr class with a mad headache. I just kept rubbing at it the whole time, and by the time class was over and I took my fingers off my temples, it was completely gone, unbeknownst to me before. It was a small class in a small room, where the prof saw me doing it the whole time though, so he started looking at me weird, or like I was giving him attitude. Oh well, I cured myself for next class.

Just tired fingers and one real red left side of my forehead.

I never end up rubbing my temples for very long, haha.

I mostly get headaches for the same reason as @(you need an account to see links) - when I'm dehydrated or when my sinuses are dry. Happens a lot in the winter when the air lacks humidity and the heater makes it worse. I got them pretty bad when my wisdom teeth were poking out, too. I had no idea we were supposed to grow new teeth after the age of 6 so I had no idea what was going on. derp.
