New NC event - NC Treasure Maps

Some info I could gather (will updated as I find more):

1. The maps can be found in any shop section of the NC Map, and you will need to buy it.
It will most likely cost 125 NC.

2. The maps can also be found outside the mall and will cost nothing, chances are minimal.

3. Opening the maps will give 1 random item out of 5 items.

4. There is a cooldown of 5 refreshes/pageviews before you can find another.

5. You can buy as many maps you want.

6. They can be gifted.

7. You are allowed to open them in side accounts.
