When I'm talking about food-grade foil I usually call it Aluminum foil. I don't hear people use tin foil much.
Also, I visited London before and it always tickled me how the subway system is referred to as the "Tube." (chewb.)

We don't have the tube up here. That is alllll London. I'm up in Manchester area.
