AB or SS?

I think ABing is a lot safer, but I just use one side account/old main I found to do it. Then I'll only use SS once in a while like for BTY to get the trophy/prize, etc

I'm getting like 600k NP in 3h using SS.
I have 6 accounts - 5 normal acc and 1 main. When my game list is done, I use the trading post to move the money.

You are, wait for it.. frozen. Don't advice something like this, others might believe and follow you.

BTW, abing is safer but slower, because it is not steady.

Well there is no safe SS list out there, you just have to take your chances and be safe. BTW proxy of the MSS still got me chain freeze(not my main), no trading, just SSing safe times and scores (in the 100k/day list). Be really careful about SSing. On the other hand ABing is much more safer, if you know what you are doing. Everyone use the same AB list, just differ in the setup and time the AB is up. If you want to try, you should create different account for AB and SS.
