I doubt it. We constantly fight with our neighbors, they hate us more than you English peeps hate the French.
Not sure about the rest of the Nordics but I know Sweden takes ESC very seriously, we vote for the songs we like. Simple as that. Blue, Engelbert Humperdinck and Bonnie Tyler isn't exactly our type of music. Most Swedes I know likes pop/rock/trance/techno/house and if you haven't noticed, that's the songs we tend to vote for.

Either UK really likes Ireland or Ireland is just simply good. And as you can see, England has given quite a lot of points to Sweden as well. Fyi it's not just England, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Sweden /usually/ gets a lot of points from countries all over Europe so we must be doing
something right.
