Can anyone with ticket experience help me out?
I got a lot of my accounts hijacked and I'm going to send in some tickets. I was just wondering if someone could help me out by telling me what I'd have to say to increase my chances of getting it back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh, I helped out some guild members who got frozen in the past.
Most of them got their accounts back. Although one took over a year to get unfrozen. So I'm going to tell you what I tell them. Of course, there's no guarantee TNT will be quick.

Rare Item Codes redeemed is, I think, important.
Warnings received are important too. The older they are the better. List every warning you ever received.
All pets you have ever created, even those you have ponded. With names and species. If one of them was a lab pet that changed frequently, make sure to tell what it was first and to what it changed. Species and colour. The more insider information you can give the better.
Items in your closet and those your pets wear... well, if you have some rarities, name them. You can't name all, so only name rarities. BD Equipment maybe too.
If you have purchased NC, make sure to list all rarities there, too.
As said earlier, the more insider information you give the better. Things only you now.
As for additional information, well... if there's anything on your mind that could be helpful, add it there. Anything! Your last activities, trades, anything!
