A question on contesting Freezing

I contested a ban for I think the same reason (I'm going to go back and check) and I got my account unfrozen within a week.
At the time I was on a year subscription to Premium and I had purchased a lot of Neocash. I gave the redemption numbers from my cards in the ticket.

I'm going to log into my email now and see if I can check that was the reason ~
