Sriracha is the best! It goes with everything, especially dumplings. I've never tried putting it on my salads before though, that's a new one. I tend to prioritize my salad over everything else, I just dump whatever I can find into it, heh.I used to have bacon bits I added to my salads, but I ran out and they were too salty anyways.
My salads are always appetizers to my main course.
I also like all my foods spicy, so I squirt 50% hot sauce (like Sriracha) to usual salad dressing (like Ranch) and mix, when having salad.
Sometimes it doesn't work so well when I don't mix well enough and just get a lump of hot sauce on my lettuce leaf.
That is sadistic, you sicken me.
