    Cookie grabbers.

I had no idea these we still about. Lucky for me I managed to change everything. Though I logged out and when trying to log back in I couldnt due to too many password attempts.

My own fault if I loose the account, I was sniping and was asked for a pin while buying something in a shop. Me with my baby brain went right ahead and typed it in to give full access!

I was so surprised to actually see that people still use them. Anyway just a heads up to people to think when buying in user shops.

Pretty sure people don't use them...
What makes you think that you were hit by a CGer?

After I logged out and tried logging back in my password had been attempted enough times for me to be locked out. Plus the asking for a pin number. I knew as soon as I had typed it I shouldnt have.
Unless you know if this is a feature on neopets? Ive only just set up a pin. Never used one before though I dont expect neo to ask for a pin number before buying an item for around 7k.

I may be wrong about the CGer though I know they were big at one point and just all seemed to point in that direction. Im back into the account and everything is fine. whoever it was hasnt tried to get back into my account. Just wish I had noted down the username.

Nobody uses CGers anymore, they are far more inefficient than other methods.
The only reason I would ever use one again is if it were onsite and for the luls.

Somebody probably just had access to your account without you knowing.
CGer don't request you password, they don't give the person using them your password.
They give them your cookies so that they can use your session essentially. Once you log out, that cookie is done.
So I highly doubt it was a CGer

Ahh fair enough then. Thought they had died off. It was just the first thing which popped into my mind. =) Thanks for clearing that up though. At least everything is safe thats the main thing.
