How well does an unverified paypal work?

Being limited sucks, and you'd have to buy a prepaid cc I think.

be careful, i once hooked a prepaid cc to a new paypal and tried transferring 20$ and it limited me and wouldn't let me remove the cc or use it on another paypal until i verified that paypal account.. pain in the ass :/
