If I give it to you then ill have to give it to everyone. Then the nice HR lady will change it and ill be out of a contact the next time I get stupidly frozen. Do a little research. Viacom has contact information all over the web.

So I have updated my ticket 1 a month since march and still nothing...should I submit a new ticket or keep updating the existing one? I really want to get my account back...I play with my children and it has been a bummer to not be able to!

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
