I cannot use this I am using A xp service pack 3 , with library files , and registered required components , and I get and error saying it is not a vaild win32 application , how can i fix this! Thanks very muchs cL

You need to have the .NET 4.5 or later framework

If it isn't Java, python or another cross-platform language then no, and this doesn't seem to be java, etc
