I had a friend who took a year off to go to Scotland after she finished HS but before she applied for a university. She ended up doing just fine too, so if you feel like you need to take some time off then do what's best for yourself. :0

I think you're right. I've not applied for University yet, so I don't think it should be a problem. I'm mostly wondering how I'll feel when I get back.
