How To Verify Paypal With No Credit Card

Hello everybody! I know paypal can be a hassle, especially if you don't have a credit card or a bank account to verify it. So, I've come to share this guide with you! (:

Step By Step Walkthrough:

• 1). First, you must make your paypal account. Go to paypal.com and sign up for an account! Once you sign up for paypal, it will ask you to verify with either a credit card or a bank account. Leave it be for now.
• 2). After making your paypal account, you must go to (you need an account to see links).
• 3). Click on 'Open An Account'.
• 4). For the 'Account Type', pick 'Individual Account'. Make it a 'Cash Only' account, and click continue. Afterwards, you will be asked if you are a new E*TRADE member; select the option that says you are new and want to open an account!
• 5). Fill in the required information using a (you need an account to see links). Also, be SURE to register as a U.S. citizen.
• 6). When you reach the page asking for your employment status, use your imagination! (: Make up a job. Make sure it is in the same country, state, city, and zip that you have used. Make sure you DON'T make the address of your employer the same address as your house, though!
• 7). For investment profile, select the following:
  Investment Objectives: Income
  Investment Experience: Excellent
  Trading frequency: 10+
  Put the highest amout for -Income and Net Worth-
  Expected use of account: Long term investment
  Select 'no', and continue until you are allowed to make a user ID and password. Select that you wish to do so.
• 8). Once you make a shiny, brand new account, it should say that your account is being reviewed; this is a bunch of bologna (: Just log right in!
• 9). Go to your account page; it's a page with a summary of your entire account. On this page should be an eight digit number.
• 10). Go back to paypal! Log into your account and select you wish you verify your account with a bank account instead of a credit card. Enter the routing number as 256072691, and then enter your bank account number as the eight digit number on your account overview on E*TRADE's website.
• 11). Paypal will ask you to log into E*TRADE. Select the 'Instant' option while choosing how to verify. It will take a few minutes of watching a loading screen, but you should now be verified!
