I found a few. I just want to know of a good one that works.

and proxys can be set in your network settings...

If you need a vpn the only one i tried was supervpn and it worked..

cost 8$ a month though. The one I had was free but every 24 hours they changed the password and u had to goto a site to get new on , cant find link now my iphones dead .
