You can do a cache search by looking your username up in Google (with the word Neopets in it), click the arrow, then click Cached Version.
My original account that I made in 2000, was cleaned out when I quit neo like 8 years ago. I started playing again and just used my empty account for the age and built it back up. Some asswipe nm'd saying it was their account. Neogro please. I had proof from 2000 it was mine with the name of friends I had plus the first pet I made which was no longer on the account but the pet age matched perfectly.
In your case not 100% helpful, but I thought I'd share. Tell that ahole he should have logged in more often and to go die.

Did you delete all neofriends first thing? Thats a helpful hint just in case they have a neofriend thats a real life friend so they cant be made aware that their account is suddenly active again :p

y'know if it were me, i'd be so paranoid that i'd pound transfer my pets at a really unpopular time (~6 am is good) using a pound autograbber or whatever the thing is called that specifically looks for name, using appropriate proxies and then just leaving them to rot until it all blows over (on a shell that you obviously created yourself)
