I don't mean to be a debbie downer, but that's the same reason my legit main was frozen and I've been trying to get it back for months. ;c

I gave them so much info, from pets that I created and pounded four-five+ years ago and they still said it wasn't enough info.
I've been submitting tickets non-stop still, though.

But, I'm so sorry to hear that, and I'd certainly love to donate a Draik egg at the least, if you want. <3
