Apparently, money laundering is considered a scam by Neopet's terms. But meh. I can regain what I lost anyway. Just 318 avatars to go. :3
You should still try to write a good ticket, never know.
Though in truth, that freeze reason is like a death sentence.
Very, very...very slim chance of getting it back.
It's as if those asswipes called TNT see the "scam" ice reason and simply skip your ticket or copy/paste a worthless reply saying you're fucked.

Like mod said try to wright a ticket . There's a few guide's on here on how to do it the right way they might give it to you they might not its a 50/50 chance you will get it back tho
if you get it back watch your uc dari draik turn into a green chia and your neopoint count go to 0 lol. if you manage to get ahold of a decent staff member, just be really polite and cordial and they should fix it all for you.
even if you do get an automated response, make sure they've left it open and keep e-mail replying to it once every few weeks, it'll get their attention but i reckon it won't be flagged as harrassment
