Before I can go further into this situation I need to make sure I'm communicating with the person who created this account. Please reply with the following and I'll be able to look into this more:

-List any and all other email addresses that have been attached to this account. Also please list which ones you still have access to. It is strongly recommended to update the password(s) as well just in case they may have been compromised

-List your NC purchasing history - just dates and amounts will be necessary - not items bought with the NC. If you used PayPal, log into your account and click on History - you can then click on the calendars to select all transactions during a specific period. Since NC has only been around for a few years, there is no need to go beyond 2009. Again, all I need are specific amounts of NC purchased and their corresponding dates. I am asking for this information so I can be sure I am communicating with the person who not only created this account, but also spent the money to purchase this NC.

Also please make sure to include the exact registered date of birth on the account.
