through your email make sure you check your junk folder, that is where my ticket went
When I filed a ticket, some dbag named frank sent an automated response. At the bottom of every e-mail you get from Support it says "If you cannot sign in, don't worry -- you can always reply to this email if further information is requested from you. You will be notified by email whenever your ticket is responded to!"
So I just randomly replied to it one day, and voila, I got a real response. I assume you can't reply to it if it is still open and not assigned to someone.
I was kinda surprised too, lol
