have you waited for an account to be unfrozen from the moment that they actually told you you'd get unfrozen?
Tony P randomly e-mailed me 4 days ago and said he would unfreeze my accounts and told me to tell him which ones I wanted unfrozen so he could proceed right away
I let him know and he hasn't done anything since
Is this normal? All I've heard of was tickets taking a long time to be answered but he freaking answered the thing and now he won't do anything about it?
