Adam Sandler definitely, in my opinion his movies overall are funnier than the one's Jim has been in.

Okay obviously Jim Carrey is worlds better of an actor but they're both funny comedians who have there own styles and also have done both adult oriented and family oriented comedy.. Adam falls short in any serious roles he takes on though for the most part although... I like colossus too so give him credit for Reign over me as a serious acting attempt, still Jim is just so full of life and expression he makes you feel a lot more when you watch him and his comedy has a lot more layers so it's not really a fair comparison also in my opinion best adam sandler movie is either Happy Gilmore or Billy Madison
