Can't register new account?!

I've been trying to register a new account on Neo for a week or so, but it just won't let me... I've tried different usernames and email adresses, but at step 3 (where you type in your email adress) it tells me "Oops! An error occured" and that's basically it. Google told me that it might be about cookies, but I've tried it on chrome and just installed firefox, tried it on an older win7 and a new win8 computer and it still won't work. Did anyone have the same problem? Help me, please?

I have had that problem. What I would tell you is to clear your our cache and Cookies and re-try. That worked for me. Good luck and if that doesn't work I hope someone here can help you.

same thing happen with me. then i tried some different things to test it but I noticed I only get that error on the email page if I click the "check availability" Try making sure the username you want isn't in use or frozen, then type it in and type in your password and agree to the terms or whatever and hit next. DO NOT click "check availability" . It seemed to work for me.
