I've had some lists that I've used where I've been frozen the same day, whereas some I've kept running for 2+ months before I got bored. The problem I think most people have is the scores are way too high and are sent in like 30 seconds. I'd usually set most of mine to send between 2/3 minutes so the list would maybe take 3-4 hours but if you can keep that NPs uniced, you can then use that account to AB a couple of MPs/stamps or whatever that once they're secured, they could sell for millions.
Hopefully that helps, I'm sure there's a lot of guides on how to SS/AB safely (well, as safe as possible) so that you can keep your illegit NPs/items safe which can provide a much more in-depth explanation than I can, but hopefully I've helped out a bit.
