I just read this now, didn't see it before sorry.
Try downloading and installing the 4.5 .NET framework, just google it. That's probably the issue.

Ahh I should have had my program alert you for this one. But this is because you did not select any records in the log to delete. Any that you click and press to delete those records will delete all records for that account from the log.
Edit: Fixed for next update.

I set the program to start at 4am, according my computer time. It randomly started and went through everything. am I doing something wrong or..?
PS: I also hit run program, am I supposed to leave it and it will start automatically at the time it is set at?
