This may be normal. Only way to know if the program is working is to try and run the program (Stealth Buyer, for example, run it and see if any items come up in the shop stock) and see if you get results. If you do, it's working.
TNT recently changed the NP on hand code so it's a minor bug that does not affect your botting session.
