Hotspot Shield has worked for me so far.
I haven't had VPN on my laptop for ages, so I was wondering if lately it matters much what specific programs are best to use and if there are any that should really be avoid?
I'll give some +rep to anyone who gives me a good answer, because I honestly don't care about staying up to date with that sort of thing enough to be bothered spending most of my day to find out.
Just want to create some accounts to turn in to back up mains.

I used that one in the past too, but it doesn't have an option to choose the same IP as before right? Just picks for you?
Is there any VPN where you have that option anyway? Because I would love to use the same IP's for different accounts so I don't have to keep track of too many.

I bet there is, but I haven't found the need to find one yet.
I use cyber ghost VPN - you get 1 gb free use per month (which I never use all of)
(you need an account to see links)
It is super easy to use, and I've never had any issue with it.
(you need an account to see links) is the best one. The service provided is fast stable and secure. you get the advantage of a static IP and military grade encryption strongly recommended to secure your online financial transactions.
I use Private Internet Access too. Cheap (the main reason I picked it) but you can choose the same IP over and over, except for the odd occasion where it'll change e.g. I pick US.. idk, California and it'll be in Ontario, Canada or something, but there's a good few IPs to pick from and I've had no trouble with it disconnecting and all of the IPs are relatively quick too.
^Will try that, thanks.
