    I got frozen for stupid situation... Am I screwed?

    Here is the situation. I have my main account 12 years and running. I made the account and it was a pretty established account. I was on and off for years on end and just decided to start playing again. I had many very high end items including BGC, G-Sword, FSS, and other various BD weapons that have increased in value. There was a certain very well known individual in the Charter Main (Yes I was a premium member) looking for a "Neopet" recently. I had one and sent a message on his board that I had one. He immediately Neomailed me and told me he was gonna offer some other neopet can't even remember what it was because all I was interested in was borrowing his item for the avvie withcollateral. I told him I would make the trade if I could borrow with Collateral . He responded saying he was not comfortable lending the pea but he would trade pet for pet. I said that was fine if he did not want to lend but I did not want to trade anymore. He sent me some neomail that said "Trade is off" immediately blocked me and then I click something else and I am frozen. Now I know this person is a very respected person on the Main charter boards and I have submitted a ticket but that was 2 days ago... In fact this is what it says when I try to log in.
