Not getting e-mail from neopets...

I got the usernames on the e-mail, but neopets won't send the forgot username or forgot password thing to an unreg I just made. I need the PW to try to get into the main. Help?

I thought they changed it to where you have to make the password now?

What they do now is send you a link, then you click on it, and reset the password.

I've heard we're not allowed to talk about it on clraik, and yes, I only got usernames.
