First things first, they would never write "NeoPets" because it is "Neopets" throughout the entire site. The hacked defaced part is a sentence fragment which doesn't help credibility either. I'm also pretty sure that hacking neopets is 100% legal as long as you do not steal personal information (IE: Access original email accounts/facebook accounts, idk what law but it's definitely possible to be prosecuted for invasion of privacy) because if I remember correctly neopets has stated that they technically own every account, pet, neopoint, and item on the site. In other words it's impossible to steal accounts/pets/np from users because they never owned them to begin with.
