Yes, I went through a few pages but this was the only thread I saw on the topic.. The problem is that I just downloaded this and everything I go to enter my login under the single acct box (which I checked to activate) then I put in information and clicked login. It started logging in but got stuck on "Checking to ensure login..." If it matters I am not using a proxy and I have allowed the program through my firewall.

Are you running as admin?

Idk if that would affect login or not, but if you're not then make sure you always do that.

(right click on shortcut and then select run as admin)

I am, that was actually the only way I was able to get in in the first place.

Maybe try changing your password on Neo?

Oh weird, closed the program opened again and surely enough it works, sorry for the trouble but thanks for the help!
