No no, we don't blame him at all, he's simply temp banned until he repays the original item. We can understand the situation, but the punishment still needs to be dealt out for it happening at all, especially because he did not notify the original seller of his plan to resell the item before paying for it. He's taking his punishment for putting the seller in that situation and is free to return without judgement as soon as it is, as he himself has to eat the cost of the item entirely being that it was subsquently scammed away from him.
