yeah i drink a crap ton of coffee and energy drink and i still sleep....

I had to go to a doctor when I was younger and they told me that apparently because I did everything but sleep in my bed. (Games, reading etc) then that put a mental block on me sleeping. Dunno if you have the same problem
congrats you might have ADD
just kidding, but seriously like half my family is this way- caffeine just calms us down. We also all have piss poor attention spans lol. if I don't drink a LOT of caffeine (like to the point that my hands shake and heart hurts) then I just get tired. a cup of regular coffee will put me to sleep.
Take showers inbetween. They always help to either relax or wake up again.
And carefull on not overdosing on sugar or cafe�n, makes you just more sleepier.
