Yeah, definitely Mew. 1. much cuter, 2. Mew is more refined, whereas MewTwo just goes Go**illa and goes all out on its target. Not necessarily a good thing in battles.

You should read the Pokemon Adventures manga. Mewtwo isn't quite as crazy in that, and that's why I like him. x3

I have! I can't wait for X and Y, but I'm not really sure what I think of the new form. It's kinda ugly, but as time goes on I'll probably end up liking it like I did with a good amount of the gen V Pokemon.
