I can't help since I'm at work right now - but just so you know Firefox and IE/Chrome can be used together.

Open Firefox and add the proxy, open IE/Chrome and add the proxy and you can use two different ones

I use firefox with TOR as a proxy, then I use straight up TOR with a new identity. TOR as a stand alone web browser is very, very slow but it gets the job done.
