The minimum I believe is 4.5, so anything after that will work perfectly.

I have .net framework 4.5.2 already. But it just doesnt open up. When I click on it, it doesnt even do anything. I have Kaspersky as an antivirus. Does it count?

The application doesn't open for me either, but I notice that if I right click the application and click "Troubleshoot Compatibility", click "Try recommended options", then click "Start the program..." then it starts up.

Download the .NET framework 4.5 or later.

This is the error that appears in Event Viewer when it instantly crashes. I was able to replicate the problem on a Windows 8.1 virtual machine. I believe it's having a problem making the initial directories. If you already have the directories it makes, it works, otherwise it crashes.

Edit:
Verified that if I make a Data folder and an Accounts folder in the same directory as Stealth CORE it works fine.

Confirmed this was my issue too.

I thought I fixed this issue... Perhaps the program does not have permission to make the folder without you actually making it. I tried this in Win 7 and it works even without the folder (it makes it for you, which is what it should be doing)... Anyways, enjoy the program.
