Not working yet. Since I've been running windows 7 & 8/8.1 the only thing I had to do was set my regional settings to English (US) XD
And I think I had to set this section of the regional settings as well

That's to get scheduling working properly when hitting the start button.I'm certain that @(you need an account to see links) must be able to help you there

@(you need an account to see links) after you download the 4.5 framework, make sure there is a "Data" folder next to the program as well.

No, I don't have any "Data" folder...
In the program's folder only exist the readme.text and the program

Just create a Data folder ...if I'm not wrong there's another one is cookies (or schedules) not sure since I'm on my phone and when I tried to open explorer on my PC earlier it crashed and kept crashing for no apparent reason :/
