I was being saracastic if that's the reason he got banned that is just pure hypocrisy though both sides would be nice.

LOL, my brother says that he doesn't think it was theft and that it wasn't even her pet. I think he deserved to be banned, but I never heard Kylae's side of the story.
That's not what happened at all. Bacon was selling a pet, I asked for the name. Turns out it was one of my pets, but he didn't have all the info, he was missing the birthday. I told him it was one of mine and I had all the info to it and I would appreciate if he backed off my pet. He said he would. Then I went on vacation and he started selling it again, so again when I got back, I told him to stop, and he did. So a few days later, I birthday unlock it myself to log in. Bacon then apparently seeing the oppertunity, logged into that account and changed all the info. When that happened, within an hour I noticed, and I asked him if he knew anything about it, he said no, he never touched the account. I asked if it would be ok if he let me in the email address then that he claimed he made because it was unregistered. He said sure, and gave me the password. I went into the account, and very quickly noticed first that the password to the Neopets account was changed to a similar password of the "unregistered email", and secondly, not an hour prior to me checking, when the password was first changed, there was an email change notice in that mailbox, the one that Neopets sends you to verify an email change. The email that I was given to enter was not the original email of the account, it was changed to the email I was given when he went and changed the password of the account. Bacon must have realized all the evidence was still in the mailbox, because within five minutes, the email's password was changed and I was kicked out. I had managed to get into the account though seeing the password request emails were still in there with the password Bacon had changed the account to, and even though he had changed the pin, pet transfers were not pinned, so I transfered the pet off. Bacon was banned for lying, and for stealing/attempting to steal the pet during an oppertunistic moment that the account was opened when he didn't have all the info in the first place.
Fair enough I thought there would be more to it , is that defiantly his bro too? Don't tell me , there family so they have the same ip adress haha.
thanks for clarifing it @(you need an account to see links) (makes more sense now)
Yeah, we're brothers so we have the same IP, haha. We cleared it up with the mods in October.
He told me that he didn't change the PW to "pikachu11" (apparently that was the password)? But he did change it to a different PW after that.

I apologize for my brother's behavior. I never expected him to do that, must've been for the money?
Sounds like he was desperate and resorted to desperate measures... Sadly (for him) he got caught and now has to face the consequence lol.
He took the risk and lost now hes out... But at least he can get you to sell his stuff for him
I'm not selling his stuff for him, I don't want it to be illegit or something and get blamed for it, haha. I think he's on different forums. I'll probably sell my own stuff in the future though.
If he didn't change it to that password, that password was strikingly similar to the password of the unregistered email that he claimed he created that got him the account in the first place. Yet there would be no reason that there was a password change email, if at all, if he had complete control of the original email if it was unregistered. It was also incredibly peculiar that he happened to have the account's pin, not ever having gained entry to the account in the first place to find out it was pinned, that's why I had a hard time believing that it came from an unregistered email, being that there was a password change notice and he had a pin on a long long ago locked account.
