This is my first guide, so I thought I'd help C:
What are unregs?
Unregs, or Unregistered E-mails, are when someone's neopets account is attached to a certain e-mail. If they don't log onto that e-mail, it will get purged. That means it gets deleted off the database and you can recreate it. Neopets doesn't know if the e-mail was purged, so people recreate those e-mails and request the usernames and passwords of the accounts to the e-mail. Unregs are typically hotmail or yahoo e-mails.
How can I make money off of these?
First, if you wanna sell them without recreating it, that's fine. They usually sell for 60c-$1.00 each.
If not, you can recreate the e-mail and see what accounts are on it. You might find UCs, sides (that may have the same password of their main), old mains, and shells. All of these can be sold here on clraik.
Who can I buy them from?

Is TNT okay with you doing this?
NO, it is against the rules. While you don't really get caught easily having some, if you transfer a bunch of rare UCs from old accounts TNT will think it's suspicious.
How do I find some?
I like to use google and search for neopets related results with hotmail.com/yahoo.com e-mails. Old results help. You will see people showing their e-mails on forums or something, and you can see if it's taken on hotmail/yahoo and if you get this awesome message (my favorite page on neopets!)

That's it! The accounts are yours! @(you need an account to see links) does b-day cracks for $15, I believe, so ask her. Just remember to only do it if the pets/account is worth over $15.
Can't do the google method? Another is to get a HUGE HUGE HUGE list of random e-mails, they could have e-mails like "kacheek((number from 1-10000))@hotmail.com" and put it through the hotmail checker (one on the downloads page, I believe) and see which ones come out as unreg.You can do neopets or non neopets related e-mails.
Ugh, I can only make 3 e-mail accounts per day!
