Where can I find a list?

Where can I find a massive list of real names or real words? I want to use this with a program... And it should be pastable into excel...

I googled it, but the names have numbers in front of them... and since I'm building a giant list I don't want to go through them one by one to erase the numbers

Oh the file contains a Capital word list. Names, places, anything that needs to be capitalized.
The second list is general words.
