I think I did that and got something like: "Your paypal isn't verified" or "We can't release this information to you over e-mail."

The paypal thing is ridiculous, you don't have to be verified to buy things, just to recieve money, which I never use paypal for anyways.
And the card thing is just ridiculous. I suppose I'm giving them a call later today.

Yeah it's obviously about security because I did attempt to purchase the other day and it won't let you unless everything is verified. This is what TNT has to say about it:

You wanna know what super blows? I have never in my 4 years of active playing seen a neocash card anywhere but at GameStop. Like ever. Would the GameStop cards get the promo or do they somehow know its walmart's card?? And I'm verified up and down in PayPal, and I still got cancelled. Not that I care because I bought a mountain of gems for my MLP app and I'm a happy butterfly

They somehow know it's wal-mart...even if I physically went to walmart, I wouldn't get the extra box, it's only for online orders :/

They run promos for +100 NC for every walmart card purchased, ~150 NC for every target card purchased, etc, so I'm assuming they can tell.

But yeah, Ana, that's the exact response I get.

Sad day; the only place near me that sells cards is Target-- a good 45 minute drive.
