    What the..

So I just received a notification saying that 7.95USD has been charged on my paypal for renewing neopets membership. Wtf? My account was already frozen and I remember cancelling the membership before. What the hell TNT. Real nice of you. *sigh* hope my dad doesn't blow again. Though he must be wondering how I manage to used it, cause he changed the paypal password. XD

Contact your paypal/TNT. They will probably refund you.

Well, y'know. TNT are dicks. They like to wring every penny out of you.

It takes personal initiative to separate yourself from such parasites as TNT; they'll throw every loophole and excuse to prolong the attachment.

Amen to @(you need an account to see links).

Since you've already cancelled your membership AND your account is already terminated... TNT is now crossing the line into STEALING zone (i'm honestly not surprised they are stooping so low). hearing stories like this just lessens my opinion of neopets every day...

There is absolutely no reason why you should not get your account back, just file a complaint and if TNT doesn't respond, take it to paypal or your credit card company because this is what I call theft! Have confidence because you are in the right.

^ hold the dramatics , its not theft paypals database is separate to neos im sure its in the terms you agreed to without reading....

All you need to do is login to paypal , click your subscriptions and press cancel. Ring your bank if 7$ is really worth it ( phone call would probly cost you more).
