Thread: Email bouncing and can't reset password on an active account?

    Email bouncing and can't reset password on an active account?

    So yeah, neopets wont send email, other options send the username, but don't recognize the username when requesting for a password change. What can I do to solve this? Send in a ticket? Seems like a nice account, but their lookup doesn't show much info.

    Just registered this one, was an unreg. Last login was 4 days ago to the account.

    then they must have blocked neopets emails, when it was first registered.... only thing to do here is to ticket neo saying you accidently set to block thier emails. and hope some time that you will get a reply

    The thing is other viacom emails are coming through and their system isn't recognizing the username. Bouncy emails from Neo is no news.

    Sounds like the accounts might be in the process of being purged?
    If you get an neomail that says the email has bounced, it's something on neos side too.
    I think they said after enough emails are bounced back, the email is blacklisted.

    But to me it sounds like they are in line to be purged :o

    One of the accounts attached to the email is frozen, the other one is active. Actives don't get purged?
