I recently secured an account on Neo, and it had about 50m roughly of ETS I took and secured. Two days later, the account was frozen but the sides I transferred the stuff to were not. A few days after, the account was unfrozen and they didnt change my email so I regained access to the account, and they had everything back again. I took it all and transferred it to more shells. Then 10 days later, the account was frozen again. The stuff on the shells was yet again untouched. O.o And then today, the account is unfrozen and the user is now playing. I dont get it.
Also, the person is not premium, and is not well known. So this is really messed up.
