    sometimes they dont..... ive secured mains that way.

    lots of folks forget to check thier account settings after playing neo for so long so its rather easy to change the email without them knowing.

    Or create an e-mail that's similar to the one they have

    Ex: (you need an account to see links) > (you need an account to see links) or stuff like that, little changes that will let you have more control of the account, same with password, add numbers or something to it.

    As somebody posted too, search for a proxy of the country they are.
