    BD locked time requirment?

How long does an account have to be inactive before it's BD locked?

    Thanks.

    (shit, I mistyped the title)

I swear I knew, then I clicked the thread and had a brain fart.

I wanna say 180 days though.

I can only remember having an account that was 118 days inactive and thinking it was Bday locked, but it wasn't.

I think ~6 months, there should also be a button that a user can click when logged in. It will automatically ask for a B-day when an account is logged into from an unusual spot.

I have never seen the b-day prompt when I have logged into accounts using proxies from all over the world... would make security on neo about 100x better if they implemented that and sent a warning email to the account holder if the unusual spot login check was triggered.

That prompt is not IP triggered, rather it just permanently bd locks that account. By that I mean, if you enable that option, you will ALWAYS need to enter in your birthday to log into the account.

But yeah, the IP thing would be pretty effective.

Half a year is when it'll be b-day locked.

Kills me when I get 190 day inactive accounts, haha.
