Okay I'm sorry I did not see this sooner, but there is a very simple way you can do this on your own for just about the full value of the card.
Login to your paypal and click Request Money.
Request the amount you want off the card, and send the request to a dummy email. (One that is not linked to your current paypal account, but that you have access to.)
Open up your email, and click on the request for money and click Pay Now.
No need to create a paypal account, just pay as a guest from your prepaid debit card.
Voila funds are now on your main paypal and off the debit card.

i keep getting that error when i do it, and i have cleared everything on all browsers and used all browsers no luck
