Battledome Maintenance - The new Battledome will be undergoing some maintenance today and tomorrow for... reasons. *shifty eyes* During this time, the 'Dome itself may shut down for an hour or two at a time or it may be slow or unresponsive. Sorry for the inconvenience!

BD Chat is all abuzz about this. I can only hope so. Something along the lines of the old wars would be great, but it'll probably be part puzzle / part bd with 50 win caps on opponents like TFR / Return of Sloth. Something's better than nothing I suppose.

Yep. As much as we'd all like something like those Meridell/Tyrannia wars, it'll never happen again.

The majority of players on-site are non-BDers, with weak pets. The early wars polarized it to the BDer advantage. Since TNT wants it to be all fair and attract players, they have to dumb it down with puzzles, so everyone can have a piece of the pie.

And they never officially use "War" anymore, just "Plot", because they deemed "War" to be too violent for a kid's site.
Which is just damn stupid, because:

-the site requires heavy reading, anyone under 12 is incapable of getting through
-18+ or under, everyone lies that they are 18+ get full access
-Any children that are actually under 18 are scam bait and lose interest with Neo within days anyways

Never ceases to amaze me how TNT: a group of employed, college-degree adults cannot see logic ever. Still dumber than an alcoholic after having a shot of Everclear.

Starter BD weapons might do well. For the last Faerie's Ruin BD plot Golden Compasses and Greater Healing Scrolls appreciated greatly, over double their original worth.
