They are just leaving it up to whoever wants to try, to find them, I found their DA account here- (you need an account to see links) but I havent been able to find anything else, but they give you enough information to find whoever it is

Hmm very interesting, so I believe someone has actually gotten into the Neopets edit system where you can freeze account, change pet values and account values etc. That's what I see it as. Like you know when TNT freeze your account and if you have pets that aren't yours they move them to the original account? Also if you were caught cheating and get your account back and they can remove all neopoint related items? This is a good example of the pets:
